Tractor trolley hit bike riders in Bundi, two friends died on the spot

Two bike riders were crushed by an uncontrolled tractor trolley at Keshavrayapatan, Bundi district. Both bike riders died on the spot in this tragic accident. The incident occurred on the road connecting Ladpur to Suvasa in the area. The deceased has been identified as 23-year-old Dev Prakash Meena, a native of Mehrana village and Suresh Mali, a resident of Nanta region of Kota. Following the incident, anger spread among the people of the area and many people gathered outside the mortuary and protested.
People have called for action against the tractor trolley and financial compensation for the victim's family. Police officers who arrived at the scene spoke to the protesters and both remains were handed over to the family following a post-mortem.
The police have begun an investigation into the situation. According to reports, tractor-trolleys pass at high speeds in this region daily and the tractor group that crushed the bike riders was likewise moving at fast speeds.
Assistant Sub-Inspector Girdhari Lal of Keshavrayapatan police station stated that he arrived at the scene on the information of the villagers. A tractor-trolley was parked at the spot and a fully destroyed bike was there. The bike riders were taken to Kota Hospital, where doctors confirmed both of them dead.
