Rajasthan Temperature: Relief From Heat As Rain Likely To Happen In Jaipur, Ajmer From Tomorrow

The heatwave conditions that had been prevailing in Rajasthan for almost a month found a slight relief on Thursday, with both the minimum and maximum temperatures dropping by about 2°C to 3°C.

Pilani was the state’s hottest, with a high temperature of 47.6°C recorded. The Met Office predicts that rain will fall in several areas of Jaipur, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Ajmer and Jodhpur divisions starting on Saturday.

The report added that minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to drop by about 1°C to 2°C on Friday.

The Met Office reported that numerous places also had cloudy conditions on Thursday, attributing the shift in weather to active northerly winds and an active upper air cyclonic circulation.
