Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal announced compensation for Karauli road accident

On Monday evening, a stone-laden truck collided with a Bolero at the Dundapura turn on the Mandrayal-Karauli road in Rajasthan. Nine persons were killed in this crash. The family members of those killed in the terrible accident were requesting for financial assistance. Following that, on Tuesday, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal announced relief funds for those killed and injured in the disaster. The CM made the announcement on his social media account.
Taking to his X account, CM wrote, "The loss of life in a horrific road accident near Dunda Pura turn on Karauli-Mandarayal road in Karauli district is extremely sad and painful."
Hr further added, "In this hour of immense grief, our sensitive government will provide financial assistance of Rs. 4 lakh each from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund to the dependents of each victim and Rs. 20,000 each to the injured. In this hour of grief, the state government is with the families of the deceased and the injured and is committed to provide them all possible support."
The accident occurred at the Dundpura turn on the Karauli-Mandarayal route. This accident resulted in nine deaths. These include six women, two children and one man. According to reports, the accident happened when a speeding Bolero lost control and crashed with a truck coming from the front.
