Monsoon reaches these districts of Rajasthan, orange alert issued

The monsoon season has started properly in Rajasthan. There were heavy rains in various regions. As a result, water began to flow into the dried-up dams. Meanwhile, Radheshyam Sharma, Director of the Indian Meteorological Department in Jaipur, Rajasthan, stated that the monsoon had moved further across practically all of eastern Rajasthan and parts of south-western Rajasthan. Currently, the northern monsoon is taking over Jaisalmer and Churu. Only the Bikaner division in northwestern Rajasthan and its neighbouring regions did not receive monsoon rains.
The monsoon is expected to move into other portions of Rajasthan during the following two to three days. In the previous 24 hours, numerous Rajasthan districts have received moderate to severe rainfall. The highest rainfall of 91.5 mm was reported in Masuda, Ajmer district. Thunderstorms and rain could stay in various parts of Rajasthan during the next 5-6 days.
From June 29 to July 2, certain parts of north-eastern Rajasthan could see severe rainfall. Heavy rain is expected in several areas, particularly in the Jaipur and Bharatpur divisions, between June 29 and July 2. The Meteorological Department Center Jaipur has issued an orange alert.
Aside from that, there is a chance of moderate rain and thundershowers in several regions of Kota, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Jaipur and Bharatpur divisions over the next three to four days. Overall, the monsoon will stay active in eastern Rajasthan for the next week, with moderate rain expected in some parts of western Rajasthan.
