KPI Green Energy gets provisional CRISIL AA+ (CE) rating for Rs 700 crore green bonds on August 6

KPI Green Energy Limited has announced that CRISIL Ratings has assigned a Provisional CRISIL AA+ (CE) / Stable rating to its proposed issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), labelled as “Green Bonds”, aggregating up to ₹700 crore.
In a regulatory filing dated August 6, 2025, the company informed the exchanges that this rating reflects CRISIL’s assessment of the strength of specific structures tied to the debentures, contingent on the occurrence or execution of certain actions or documents by the issuer.
The NCDs are proposed to be listed under the symbol KPIGREEN (Scrip Code: 542323), and the rating has been given in accordance with SEBI’s regulations on disclosure for provisional ratings by credit agencies.
The rating rationale letter, dated August 5, 2025, has been issued by CRISIL and annexed with the filing.
