Granddaughter broke into grandfather’s house at night, steals 90 lakh rupees

The Kotwali police of Bhilwara city have made a surprising disclosure about the theft of Rs 90 lakhs from a home locker after selling land in Harni village. Because the burglary was carried out by none other than the granddaughter of the house owner.

With the stolen money, she first donated Rs 1 lakh to the Khatu Shyam temple, then purchased a second-hand car for Rs 1.5 lakh and went Kullu Manali. Police have now detained four persons, including the granddaughter and recovered the car and stolen money.

When the police team, led by Assistant Sub Inspector Om Prakash Gora of Kotwali Police, began the investigation, the granddaughter of the applicant Baksu Jat, Pooja Chaudhary, who lived in his area, appeared to be a suspect based on call details and intensive interrogation. When the police conducted a thorough investigation, Suresh Jat and Narayan Jat of Bhilwara were found to be involved in the theft, along with their granddaughter Pooja Chaudhary.

The stolen money was hidden at Hans Raj Jat's home by these individuals. They admitted to the theft when the police questioned them thoroughly. They claimed to have donated ₹100,000 to the Khatu Shyam temple out of the 90 lakh rupees that had been stolen. After that, they spent 1.5 lakh rupees on an old car and took a trip to Manali.
